Terms of Service

LullaBar provides Thai fusion and Japanese izakaya dining services at our Las Vegas location:

• Dine-in restaurant services
• Online reservation system
• Special events and private dining
• Takeout services (where available)

Reservation Requirements:

• Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner service
• Large parties (6+ guests) require advance booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-show guests may be charged a fee for large party reservations

Seating Policy:

• Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time
• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
• We reserve the right to seat guests at bar or communal tables during peak hours

• All menu prices are subject to change without notice
• Prices listed on our website are current as of publication date
• We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments
• Automatic gratuity may be added for parties of 6 or more
• Nevada sales tax will be added to all purchases

Important Notice: Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens due to shared cooking surfaces and preparation areas.

• Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen
• We are not a certified gluten-free facility
• Raw or undercooked items are marked with (*) on our menu
• Consuming raw fish/meat may increase risk of foodborne illness

• Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages
• Valid government-issued ID required for all alcohol purchases
• We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service
• Minors are welcome with adult supervision until 10 PM
• Last call for alcohol is 3:30 AM (we close at 4 AM)

We maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. The following behavior is not permitted:

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward staff or guests
• Excessive intoxication
• Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises
• Outside food or beverages without management approval

Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave.

• Photography of food and restaurant interior is encouraged
• Please be respectful when photographing other guests
• Commercial photography requires advance permission

LullaBar Thai Fusion & Izakaya is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on our premises, except where required by law. Guests dine and visit at their own risk.
